About Us
ZORA Vision and Mission
At ZORA, we support children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Here's what guides us:
Vision: To empower children with autism to live with dignity and independence, and foster a compassionate community.
Mission: To provide evidence-based interventions to equip children with autism to overcome challenges and achieve independence.
ZORA is dedicated to helping children with autism and related challenges. We utilise holistic and scientifically proven methods such as Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and DIRFloortime to help children learn new skills and better understand their emotions.
The children will be encouraged to experience the world around them, ensuring they feel comfortable and understood. Our Occupational Therapists effectively recognise and address the children's sensory needs.
Children are ready to learn and reach their full potential in a safe and happy environment. We journey with each child step by step, with kindness and understanding.

Daisy Chan Mee Wan is a dedicated Qualified Behaviour Analyst with over 20 years of experience supporting neurodivergent children. As the founder of Zora Behaviour Intervention Sdn Bhd, she brings warmth, compassion, and deep professional expertise into every child's learning journey.
Daisy works with children with Autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, developmental delays, and a range of learning and behavioural needs. Her belief is simple: every child deserves to be understood, valued, and supported in a way that honours who they truly are.
Professional Development & Approach
Daisy's work is strengthened by years of supervision from both local and international ABA mentors, DIRFloortime practitioners, and occupational therapists. This multidisciplinary foundation allows her to understand children's sensory needs and build meaningful, trusting relationships.
Her approach blends:
• Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
• Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
• Pivotal Response Training (PRT)
• DIRFloortime (Developmental, Individual Differences, Relationship)
Every programme is thoughtfully developed to suit each child's communication style, sensory profile, and learning pace.
Support in School Settings
Daisy collaborates with private and international schools to create supportive learning environments for neurodivergent learners. She also provides:
- Supervision for Personal Learning Assistants (PLAs)
- Classroom behaviour support strategies
- Guidance for teachers in managing neurodivergent students in a regular classroom.
- Data-driven recommendations to help learners build confidence, social understanding, and appropriate school behaviours
With more than a decade of PLA supervision, Daisy bridges research-based practice with real-world classroom needs.
A Heart for Empowering Children
More than anything, Daisy is committed to empowering children to grow with confidence, joy, and independence. Her practice rooted in empathy, patience, and respect—ensuring every child is supported as a whole, unique individual.
At Zora Behaviour Intervention, Daisy continues her life's work: helping neurodivergent learners thrive in their own way, at their own pace, and with dignity.
